about Me
Human. Therapist. Social Worker. Advocate.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L16467) in Oregon and obtained my Master’s of Social Work (MSW) from Aurora University in 2022. Therapy is my second career and I’m grateful to accompany clients on their journeys of personal growth and healing from traumatic experiences.
My passion is working with individuals who have complex childhood histories and attachment or relational trauma, and those experiencing addiction or are in recovery. I am AEDP Level 1 & 2 and EMDR trained and utilize an attachment and interpersonal neurobiology perspective to integrate and inform interventions.
I’m committed to ongoing clinical growth and am excited to continue my journey as a trauma practitioner.

I love training and playing with my feisty Australian Cattle Dogs, spending time on my small homestead, and enjoying family and the outdoors.
