about Me
Human. Therapist. Social Worker. Advocate.
I’m a clinical social work associate in Oregon and obtained my Master’s of Social Work (MSW) from Aurora University in 2022. Therapy is my second career and I’m grateful to accompany clients on their journeys of personal growth and healing from traumatic experiences.
My passion is working with individuals who have complex childhood histories and attachment or relational trauma, and those experiencing addiction or are in recovery. I am AEDP Level 1 and EMDR trained and utilize an attachment and interpersonal neurobiology perspective to integrate and inform interventions.
I’m committed to ongoing clinical growth and am excited to continue my journey as an AEDP practitioner with the start of AEDP Level 2 in April 2024.
WHEN I'M NOT WORKING WITH CLIENTS...
I love training and playing with my feisty Australian Cattle Dog, Enzo; spending time with family; hiking and being outdoors; cuddling with my 3 cats; and practicing Yoga.
